Work out tip for the day.. this is how I do abs. How to do 600 stomach crunches .. 1st set do 100, rest for 30sec, then do 2nd of 100… this is considered 1 set. Do a total of 3 sets, 200 hundred each… it will help u keep all those delicious holiday meal at bay… good luck! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
